 Q: Do you have a control panel to manage my hosting account?

A: All hosting accounts come with the best control panel available. We install CPanel5 on all hosting accounts to make you and your hosting customer's hosting experience an easy one. All account functions can be managed from anywhere you have internet access with CPanel5; the user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) is packed with features to assist you in managing your website. 

 Q: How do I sign up for a hosting account?

A: Go to: Hosting Plans and decide which plan is right for you.

1.) Proceed to on-line order form and select the payment method.

2.) Use the ordering system to submit your: Domain name, choice of Account Size, address, phone, fax numbers, e-mail address, and company or organization name. Be sure to include whether paying monthly, quarterly or annually – by check, e-check, or secure credit card (we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).  If paying with credit card include name on credit card, address credit card billing is sent to, credit card number and expiration date, along with the amount you are paying. All credit card transactions are secured via SSL

 Q: Do you have a money back guarantee policy?

A: Yes we do have a consumer protection policy! If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your money. This guarantee is not extended to customers that have violated the Acceptable Use Policy.

 Q: Can I resell space within my hosting account?

A: Yes! When you purchase the Gold Plan, you can resell space to your customers by setting up ftp accounts. This will allow you to resell hosting accounts to your customers from yourhostingaccount.com/customerdir/

 Q: How do I pay for my hosting account?

A: Currently we use PayPal to accept payments by Checks, Money Orders, Visa/Master, Discover, and American Express Cards.

 Q: If I decide to pay annually, is there a discount for pre-payment?

A: Yes, if you make an annual payment, we only charge your for 11 months - you receive 1month free! And if the annual payment is made at the time you initially sign up, then the setup fee (if applicable) is waived.

 Q: Do you host International customers and domain extensions?

A: We do host International domains - We currently have customer’s 8 countries, with their country codes. Customers must register their own foreign domain names.

 Q: Are there extra fees if I move my domain from another provider to your hosting service?

A: No, we do not charge any extra fees if you transfer your domain(s) from another provider to our hosting service. If needed, we can also provide you with technical assistance during this process at no additional charge.

 Q: How long does it take to transfer my domain?

A: Domain transfers can take up to 4 days to be completed. As soon as we setup your account, you will be able to access your account with a temporarily address. You will be able to upload your files to your new account so that your site will be up before the domain switch is made. You will have no downtime.

 Q: For what purposes can I use my account for?

A: You may host any content that is legal in all 50 US states. You may use your account to send / receive e-mail and transfer files via anonymous FTP.

 Q. Do you allow hosting adult content?

A: No; We do not allow any adult content related sites. This includes but is not limited to: pornographic materials, nudity, erotic literature, suggestive photography, as well as any site with links to sites containing any adult material.

 Q: Is there a fee for tech support?

A: All of our servers are monitored 24/7 by technicians trained to catch potential problems before they can effect your hosting account. We very rarely hear from our customers with support issues! But if/when we do, the support is provided free of charge for problems pertaining to the CPanel or standard features of the hosting account. We guarantee 24 hour tech support response; however we try to get back to the customer within a few hours.

 Q: Are system CGI scripts available?

A: If the Plan you've chosen indicates the availability of CGI programs, then numerous system CGI programs are provided for all UNIX accounts located in the CPanel.

 Q: How fast is your Internet Connection?

A: We have high speed OC-3 & OC-12 connections. An OC-3 provides155 mega bits per second connection speed which is equivalent to more than 100 T-1's or 3 DS-3's.

 Q: Do you have domain registration available?

Not at this time. However, until we offer this service (hopefully it'll be available soon) we strongly recommend GoDaddy®--they have extremely competitive prices as well as provides superb technical support. (This is the Registrant that Black Onxy Hosting uses for their domains).
